2ply Chevron rubber belting rated at 3000 hours of use. Requires half the horsepower of screw augers. Self cleaning feature enables fast changeover to other commodities without contamination. Unique “S-Pinch” drive designed so that the system drives off the grip side of the belt, eliminating slippage. Collapsible hopper a patented design made from 22oz canvas tarp material, spring loaded to provide gentle cushion and low clearance.

Gentle Handling
Specialty crops. seed, and some commodities are very susceptible to impact damage caused by conventional grain handling systems. A Batco belt conveyor minimises damage and helps protect grade quality and germination performance of seed.

High Capacity
Batco belt conveyors are designed and built for high capacity and performance at a maximum height of 30 degrees. Capacity increases as angle of elevation decreases.
